Gold staking rewards come from three real-world yield streams: corporate gold-collateral lending, DeFi liquidity provision, and (planned) carbon credits from in-situ gold reserves.
Corporate gold-collateral lending
Gold reserves are pledged as over-collateralized loans (LTV ~60%) to corporate borrowers. Interest flows back to gold staking rewards.
Audited DeFi rehypothecation
When pool TVL hits scale thresholds, gold-backed tokens are deployed into Aave, Compound, Uniswap, and Curve. Yield is routed to gold staking rewards.
In-situ gold + carbon credits
Unmined gold reserves are certified under Gold Standard. Carbon-credit sale proceeds will feed back into gold staking rewards (planning phase).
