When you use Stake My Gold, you interact directly with smart contracts on the Ethereum (or other supported) blockchain via your own cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect). Because the Platform is non-custodial and permissionless:

• We do not require or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, government IDs, or any other personally identifiable information (PII).
• We do not perform KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML checks.
• We do not ask you to create an account, log in, or submit any personal data.
• We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or any wallet credentials.
• We do not track or store your IP address on our servers (CDN logs are anonymized within 24 hours and never linked to wallet addresses).

2. On-Chain Data (Public by Nature)

All staking, Unstaking, and reward-claiming transactions are recorded permanently on the public blockchain. Anyone can view:

• Your public wallet address
• Transaction amounts and timestamps
• Smart-contract interactions

This data is not collected or controlled by Stake My Gold, it is an inherent feature of public blockchains and is not considered personal data under most privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA) when not combined with off-chain identifiers.

3. Analytics & Technical Data (Minimal & Anonymized)

To improve performance and security, we use privacy-preserving analytics tools. These tools collect only aggregated, anonymized data:

• Approximate geographic region (country-level only)
• Browser type and device category
• Pages visited and time spent (no session recording or keystroke logging)

These tools never receive or store wallet addresses or transaction data. You can opt out at any time via your browser's “Do Not Track” setting or by disabling JavaScript.
