1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://stakemygold.com/ (the “Website”) and any associated decentralized application interface (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Stake My Gold is a non-custodial, open-source web interface that allows users to interact directly with smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains for staking gold-backed tokens (including, but not limited to, GGBR or similar tokens). We do not custody your funds, private keys, or personal information.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Platform. You represent that you are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where use of the Platform would violate applicable laws (including, without limitation, U.S.-sanctioned countries).

4. No KYC / Anonymous Use

The Platform does not require registration, KYC, or any personal information. All interactions occur directly between your wallet and on-chain smart contracts.

5. Risks Acknowledgment

You expressly understand and agree that using the Platform involves substantial risk, including but not limited to:

• Complete loss of staked assets due to smart-contract exploits, or malicious actors
• Impermanent loss, slashing events, or reward mechanism changes
• Extreme volatility of cryptocurrency and gold prices
• Regulatory changes that may render tokens or the Platform unusable in your jurisdiction
• Irreversible blockchain transactions

You are solely responsible for evaluating these risks. Use only funds you can afford to lose entirely.

6. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not recommend purchasing, staking, or selling any token. You are responsible for your own research and decisions.

7. Third-Party Smart Contracts

The Platform merely provides a front-end interface to third-party smart contracts that we do not control. We make no warranties about their security, functionality, or continued availability. Interactions with these contracts are at your own risk.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Platform or underlying smart contracts
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to interact with the Platform in a way that degrades performance

9. Intellectual Property

The Stake My Gold interface code is open source (MIT license where applicable). Trademarks, logos, and branding remain the Service property of SMG Development Inc.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, ASSETS, OR DATA
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SMG Development Inc., its affiliates, and team members from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the BVI under BVI IAC rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
